Easy to carry. : Brunton 27 LU Compact Pin-On Mirrored Compass With Luminous Points & Sun Watch
I ordered this because it was the cheapest compass I could find that had a mirror included, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality and capabilities of the product. The bezel rotates smoothly, there are luminous markings on the arrow and dial face, and the dial is transparent on the bottom, so you can place it over a map if needed. The construction is solid, and the cover is attached to the base using a joint with a metal pin instead of flimsy plastic.
It's really a full-featured compass that costs half the price of others, in exchange for a smaller size. The only reason I'd spend more is if I wanted a global compass.
